IDFS provides enterprise vehicle compliance and automated documentation management services, including hypothecation addition and termination, ownership transfers, No Objection Certificates, fitness and compliance tracking, and post-disbursement documentation, processed through Regional Transport Office (RTO) interfaces. The specific scope of services is governed by the agreement entered into between IDFS and each client.

Our services are intended for banks, non-banking financial corporations, fleet operators, dealerships, and other authorised institutional users. You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services.

Access to certain portals may require an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the security of our systems.

All content, software, trademarks, and materials made available through our website and services are owned by or licensed to IDFS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

Each party agrees to protect the confidential information of the other and to use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms or the applicable services agreement, except where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authority.

Our services involve interactions with RTOs and other third-party or government systems. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes attributable to such third parties or to inaccurate information provided by you. Service timelines are subject to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Except as expressly stated in a signed services agreement, our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDFS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the website or services. Our total liability shall be limited as set out in the applicable services agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDFS and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law, or as provided under the relevant services agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute resolution provisions in an applicable services agreement, the courts at Mysuru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
